Enterprise control

Put accountable controls around production AI.

Start with a free assessment of one live workflow. If ongoing control is useful, Acta can scope a custom annual contract around active Workloads and operating requirements.

Define what Acta operates and what your team controls.

Annual scope is agreed around real Workloads, current platform capabilities, support responsibilities, and known supplier boundaries.

ResponsibilityAvailable operating scopeBoundary

Platform components

Compatible APIs, supplier routing, key policy, Workload and Run records, recorded costs, rollout grades, and simulations.

The contract names the components and environments in scope.

Organizational control

Projects, API keys, Workload identity, model access, provider rules, and spending limits.

Customer configuration remains part of the control boundary.

Buying and deployment

Begin with one fixed decision or discuss an annual platform contract directly.

Acta does not currently advertise private, VPC, on-premise, or sovereign deployment.

Support responsibility

Standard support is part of the agreed platform scope. Managed Improvement is a separate custom service.

Each contract states which operating work Acta accepts.

Portability

Use compatible interfaces, project-scoped BYO endpoints, and content-free operational exports.

Supplier-specific behavior and external infrastructure remain separate.

Continuity

Keep supplier attempts, configuration history, recorded cost, and policy snapshots attached to the Workload.

A business Outcome or production decision requires evidence beyond the current operational record.

Choose the operating scope you need now.

Annual platform software, model usage, and Managed Improvement are priced separately so each cost remains clear.
