What this notice covers

This notice covers information submitted through Acta's current website, including the design partner assessment application. It does not authorize you to send production prompts, responses, traces, invoices, credentials, medical data, personal records, or other production artifacts through the public form.

Information the application collects

The application asks for your name, work email, company, a description of one live workflow, the decision you need to make, the decision date, and a description of evidence you already have. Acta uses this information to review the application and respond to you.

Pricing inquiries and Formspree

The pricing inquiry form sends your name, work email, company, and workflow description to Formspree as a form processor, then to Acta. Formspree handles that submission under its privacy policy.

Acta currently retains pricing inquiries until an authorized operator deletes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. You may request deletion by emailing hello@multitudes.xyz.

First-party measurement

Acta uses a random, signed visitor cookie for 90 days and a signed first-touch attribution cookie for 30 days. Demand events contain only allowlisted, content-free properties. Acta does not use third-party analytics trackers or store IP addresses or user agents for demand analytics.

Retention and access

Acta currently retains assessment applications and demand events until an authorized operator deletes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Only authorized Acta administrators can access submitted applications. Prospect applications remain separate from customer workspaces and projects.

Questions and requests

For access, correction, or deletion questions about information submitted through this website, email hello@multitudes.xyz. Acta will verify the request before acting on it.
